Our vision at the Exqisit Life Foundation (ELF) is to make the world a better place by providing health solutions in the areas of major community needs.

For over 25 years now, we have been delivering health programs and services to people living and working in Australia and abroad.

The Exqisit Life Foundation believes that every person deserves to be happy and reach their full potential in life.

ELF provides direct health education and intervention in the areas where major gaps in services exist.  The focus is increasingly towards providing the following:-

  • Mental Health Resilience

  • Training in Suicide Recognition and Intervention

  • Mental Illness and Substance Use Intervention

  • Physical Health Programs that continue addressing the major issues of Obesity, Diabetes, Lifestyle, and Men's and Woman's Health Issues directly.

ELF was founded in 2012 and provides community focused physical and mental health programs.

We are a charitable foundation with deductible gift recipient status.

2018 Disaster Recovery

Lombok Earthquake - July/August

Dr Elizabeth McIntosh is on her way to Lombok to provide support and ascertain the extent of the community needs.  We have been receiving monetary donations from wonderful people for Dr Eli to take over to Lombok and use for much needed supplies and services.  Below are some of the people who have donated and we will be updating our page with the recipients of these donations to thank you all.

International Aid Work - Vanuatu

Drs John and Elizabeth McIntosh provided aid work in Vanuatu which included much needed medical assistance.  Dr John also delivered a beautiful bouncing baby boy as the mother was in much distress with the baby being in breech, (they named him John).  The location was very primitive and they were required to work with the basics such as one pair of gloves and a pair of scissors on a grass mat with a hurricane light.  Dr John had to draw on all of his extensive skills and medical knowledge to help these people without the luxury of western technology and equipment.
