At the age of 10, I was tortured and forced to watch as my younger sister was killed.
Left for dead on the side of the road, I recovered from my physical wounds but the mental trauma had constantly dogged me. Nightmares, flashbacks, unexplained fears and lack of self esteem impacted me for most of my life.
It was only when I went through the Positive Mindfulness Cognition (PMC) training that I was able to develop a TUF Mindskill to help me to recognise and control the negative thoughts that were sabotaging my life.
By learning the skill of mindfulness of thoughts and with the Magic Questions in PMC, I learned to recognise Negative Impulsive Thoughts (or NITs for short) and that allowed me to realise how these were undermining every aspect of my life and also sabotaging my chances of success.
The next steps in the process was to take those negative thoughts and with the very effective process, learn to remove them and convert them into Positive Alternative Thoughts!
This has completely transformed my life and put the nightmares of the past behind me as I now approach life in a completely new and better way!
I have been able to achieve so much in the past few years and even became a 2 year Ambassador for an Aesthetic and Well-being clinic.
